Local-first is a direction, not a magic claim.
The product is designed around user-owned folders, explicit route packets, and inspectable artifacts. Some integrations still touch external services when you choose to use them.
What is not promised yet
No blanket claim that data never leaves your device, no legal guarantee, no security certification, and no forensic deletion promise.
Secret handling
Public artifacts must not include tokens, private transcripts, raw prompts, payout records, bank data, or identity documents.
Alpha status
The Windows build is unsigned. Claims stay narrow until the control exists and has been verified.
